While on the outgoings front the negotiations with Marseille for Milik continue, on the incomings Napoli are focusing on the search of a left-back.
In this sense, the Partenopei have eyed an interesting prospect of Benfica: Nuno Tavares. Napoli could decide to make a significant investment, both for the present and the future, for the 20-year-old Portuguese left-back.
Napoli have also targeted another Portuguese youngster: Nuno Mendes of Sporting CP. The 18-year-old however is valued at a very high price by his club and, at the moment, it looks extremely unlikely that Napoli can sign the player.
