Napoli are working to reach a final agreement with striker Victor Osimhen, who has already said 'yes' to a move to Gattuso's squad. The Azzurri's sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli is in Sardinia to discuss the wages (which should be of €5 million per year before taxes) and the commissions that the Nigerian's new agent will be paid after the conclusion of the deal.
Holding a meeting was deemed necessary to discuss with Osimhen new agents and to prevent other clubs trying to hijack the deal. Now the parties have to settle the economics of the deal, however Napoli are confident that this step could be completed soon. Napoli will meet with the 21-year-old's agent and lay out the questions of the commissions to the representatives and the player's salary. Finally, the club will complete the deal with Lille on the basis of a €60 million transfer fee, add-ons included.
His former club, Charleroi, will get 15% of the transfer fee in virtue of a cluase included in the agreement between the Belgian club and Lille in 2019.
