Raspadori remains Napoli's first objective but negotiations are moving slowly. Napoli offered 28 million euros plus bonus, but Sassuolo want 30 million plus 5 million, in which half are easily attainable bonuses. The Neroverdi will only close the deal at that price.
Another name for their forward line is Giovanni Simeone, who was identified as their vice-Osimhen. Napoli have a verbal agreement with the player and they are waiting for the final approval from De Laurentiis.
In the meantime, Napoli are negotiating with PSG to acquire Keylor Navas and to sell Fabian Ruiz.
The two moves are completely separate and don't dipend on each other. The French club continue to push for the Spanish midfielder for some time now. PSG don't want to pay a high price and are trying to keep the price as low as possible. Napoli are working on negotiations for Navas' salary and the player's compensation package from PSG.
