A match against Napoli at the San Paolo is always a special occasion for Mario Balotelli since his six year old daughter Pia was born in the city and still lives there. Today the Italian striker took to the pitch while carrying Pia who was wearing a Napoli jersey, the image went viral in the span of a few minutes.
