Despite having spent just a few months at his new club so far, Napoli coach Carlo Ancelotti seems to be have fallen in love with everything around the partenopei's team. The former Bayern Munich boss would love to stay at the club for a long time, as he told to La Gazzetta dello Sport: "I like many things about the city: the landscape, the light, the gulf - where you can see Capri, the Vesuvius. You wake up in the morning and you see this beautiful painting in front of you. The people are very welcoming, too. Naples welcomes everyone, it doesn't send them away. I like the passion and the respect that the people has for this team. I would really like to be a manager that stays with a club for a long time - like in England - and maybe this is the right place to do so".

The coach also discussed the most important quality that a player must have in his opinion: "He has to be smart, then come the talent and the pysical aspect. Football is for everyone and to me being technical and tactical smart is more important than the physcal aspect of the game. Above being smart there's personality, that means not being afraid of playing important matches".

Ancelotti was also asked about the gap with Juventus: "I believe that my team has lots of potential, they proved it in the Champions League group, a very tough one. We improved a lot in terms of personality and determination. We have to keep working with high intensity, but all in all we are very competitive. Juventus? They are a strong, consistent squad, but I won't say they are unreachable. In my experience I am yet to find a team that can't be beaten. However, you have to make extraordinary things to keep pace with them", concluded Ancelotti.
