Lazio defeated Sassuolo 2-1 thanks to a stoppage time goal by Caicedo. Manager Simone Inzaghi spoke to the press after the win.
"We suffered but we did well against a squad that's able to put anyone in difficulty. In the first half, we could've scored two more goals and we suffered psychologically on Caputo's goal. At times the results are missing, like in Florence, but not the presentations and for this I've remained calm. Like today, I want to look ahead. Our goal is to always raise the bar."
