Frosinone closing in on acquiring SPAL's Vitale

Frosinone is closing in on a deal to acquire SPAL midfielder Mattia Vitale. The agreement would be for a definitive transfer for the class of '97 player. Vitale spent the second half of last season with Carpi on loan, appearing in 11 matches and scoring once.
