The Gunners have now set their sights on Ivan Perisic, they have offered Inter €5 million for a loan until end of the season with an option to buy set at €40 million.
The nerazzurri have turned down this proposal as they are currently only interested in moving the Croatian winger on a permanent sale.
Inter meanwhile are continuing their push for Yannick Carrasco. The sides are looking to bring this complex negotiation to an end. In an effort to convince Dalian Yifang, the nerazzurri have offered Antonio Candreva as part of the deal. Candreva's agents have admitted that the player could be on the way out of Italy.
On Monday morning Inter will meet with Udinese over Rodrigo de Paul, who they are looking to bring in next summer. However, if Perisic leaves in January they could advance on him sooner. There is already competition for de Paul, with Napoli offering €30 million plus Younes to Udinese, and with Carlo Ancelotti pushing for the player.
