Ajax has chosen to continue forward with Dutch manager Erik ten Hag. After a terrific campaign - in which his side won the Eredivisie and the KNVB Cup in addition to making it to the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League - he has been rewarded with a contract extension until 2022.
"Ajax has reached an agreement with manager Erik ten Hag for the extension of his contract, which expired on 30 June 2020. This new agreement will activate on 1 July 2019 and will last until 30 June 2022".
