Wanda Nara:”Top clubs have been following Icardi for awhile, he and Inter must be proud of that”

After a great start to the season, Mauro Icardi is once again linked to many top clubs. His wife and manager Wanda Nara discussed the striker’s future in an interview with Corriere dello Sport:”Mauro is an important player and there are top clubs who have bene following him for awhile. It’s appropriate that a striker like that, one of the most important number 9s in the world, has great clubs interested in him and that value him for what he’s worth. Inter and him must be proud of that. Recent contacts? I prefer not to say who calls me. I take care of these things while Mauro thinks about Inter and is happy to stay here. The directors know that he turned down teams that other ouldn’t have refused because he loves these colors. Will he join another club? Hard to say because in football you never know what will happen. Now he’s focused on winning at Inter. Is he worth his 110 million clause? More! At least 200 million. The clause however shouldn’t scare anyone, even if someone is willing to pay it, the decision is up to the player”
