Sevilla, Castro: "N'Zonzi? No contacts with Juventus. Surprised about Dani Alves' decision"

N'Zonzi-Juventus, the agreement has to come from Sevilla. The club's president, José Castro, has been clear about how the bianconeri should operate in order to get the French-Congolese midfielder. "The first thing to say is that we haven't received an official offer yet for N'Zonzi, not from Juventus, not from any club" has declared Castro to Tuttosport. "Sevilla wants the player to stay here for many years, we wouldn't have made him renew his contract a month ago if we weren't that worried and concerned about him staying. There's a release clause and from that point, we'll evaluate the situation. Do Juve have to pay the clause? I repeat, there must an offer to talk about a concrete interest. If that interest should exist, then we'll think about it but we have to be clear: we don't have any intention to let our best players go and if there are talks to let them leave, the starting point will be their clause".

The operation has then yet to be started, with possible interests Lemina and Rugani as counterparts: "N'Zonzi hasn't expressed his will to go to Juventus. Lemina and Rugani to Sevilla? These are decisions that regard the sportive direction. We haven't planned a meeting with the bianconeri"

About Dani Alves: "His decision has truly surprised me. Until now, Dani had stayed a long time in his clubs, Sevilla and Barcelona. I want to wish him the best for what comes next in his career, wherever he'll go". He ends with a word on Monchi and Roma: "As I had the possibility to tell in the past, he's the best sportive director in the world and I'm sure he'll prove it with Roma".
