Milan, Chinese offer for Andre Silva rejected

Milan has made it clear the Andre Silva will not leave. They have refused offers again in just the last few hours, in particular one from China that was made to agent Jorge Mendes for around 35 million, but the rossoneri want to keep hold of the Portuguese youngster.
