Ventura continues to look for future talents as he evaluates the youngsters he recently called up. Speaking in a press conference, the Italy coach had the following to say:
"[With regards to Emerson Palmieri] It is a good surprise. Despite being very young, he has managed to find space in a team like Roma. He is a player who demonstrates everyday his desire to make it."
"I don't know what [Belotti's] future will hold; I will only say that he is a great player. He will have to decide with Torino what to do."
"Federico Chiesa is a player who has room for improvement. He has great enthusiasm and quality. Diawara? If he can become eligible, it is obvious that I will consider calling him up. Adjapong? I knew that he was a very good prospect. Sassuolo now lets him play and he can finally demonstrate his worth."
