Inter are serious and have presented their first offer to Barcelona for Rafinha. The Nerazzurri are offering a free loan then a buyout clause for 20 million euros plus 3 million euros in bounses. Barcelona will give response in the near future. According the first reports, Barcelona will ask for a higher offer.
