Fiorentina, Sousa: "The club has already offered me an extension. Bernardeschi is not ready to play tomorrow"

With Fiorentina slated to face Bologna on Sunday, La Viola coach Paulo Sousa spoke in his press conference about the match: "Bologna are in good form and are playing well. They stick to their plan very well. We are two different teams, each of us want to win. Bernardeschi will not recover, Vecino has some issues, but we'll try nonetheless to get the three points." Sousa also commented about his future: "The club twice already has offered me an extension, yesterday I ate dinner together with Corvino and we discussed the future. But the priority is the match tomorrow. There is so much speculation in football, but I don't engage in it. I answered the director that I need a little more time, both over the length of the proposal as well as the plans, so we will be dissecting those together."
