Manchester United haven’t made an offer for Roma’s Benatia yet

The city of Manchester is in the headlines of the transfer news. Both City and United are pondering big names. Van Gaal evaluates the most talented players. Is Benatia a Manchester United’s target? So far they haven't presented an official offer to Roma. Should they decide to make a concrete attempt to acquire him, Roma would listen to it and examine the proposal. The Italian club is willing to negotiate only starting from certain economic conditions, they want at least €35M (the same fee that allowed Manchester City to get their hands on Mangala). The top clubs eye Benatia and study a potential decisive move to acquire him.
