Carlo Ancelotti is no longer the manager of Bayern Munich. After a meeting with the club directors, it was decided to relieve him of his duties as first team manager after the 3-0 loss to PSG yesterday in the Champions League.
The German club released the following statement:
"Following an internal analysis in Munich on Thursday 28 September 2017, FC Bayern Munchen have announced the club is to part company with head coach Carlo Ancelotti with immediate effect. Assistant coach Willy Sagnol will take charge of the team on an interim basis. More news follows shortly..."
